Printing & Embroidery
Question 1 - Can I have my clothing printed and/or embroidered at 71workx?
This is indeed possible. Contact our customer service for more information and/or for a non-binding offer. In the case of a non-binding offer, we require the following information:
- Desired articles (article number(s), color, size and quantity)
- Send us your logo in file format EPS, AI, SVG
- Logo placement (see examples here)
Do you not have the logo in specified file formats? Ask the person who designed your logo whether he/she can supply the logo in the specified file formats. Is this not possible? We can also help you with this, but extra costs will be charged for this.
After you agree to the non-binding offer, we will send you a digital proof of your logo on all desired clothing. Once the digital proof has been approved, we will get to work for you!
Question 2 - What is the difference between printing and embroidery?
With printing, the logo is printed on the garment by means of a transfer. Printing allows you to have relatively small, detailed images printed.
Embroidery threads through the garment. Embroidery has a higher quality and a longer life. It is important to mention that breast pockets and/or trouser pockets in work clothing on which a logo is embroidered are embroidered closed as standard.
Question 3 - Which logo/file formats can I supply?
Send us your logo in file format EPS, AI, SVG (vector file).
Do you not have the logo in specified file formats? Ask the person who designed your logo whether he/she can supply the logo in the specified file formats. Is this not possible? We can also help you with this, but extra costs will be charged for this.
Question 4 - Do I get a sample in advance?
After approval of the non-binding offer, we will send you a digital proof. Here you can see the selected workwear with the desired placement of the logo. Check these carefully for logo, positions, etc. After approval, we will get to work for you.
Question 5 - What does it cost to print and/or embroider workwear?
Request a non-binding offer from us, so that you know exactly what everything will cost. Follow the steps under question 1 “Can I have my clothing printed and/or embroidered at 71workx”. Based on this information, we will prepare a non-binding offer and send it to you, this can take 1 to 3 working days.
Question 6 - Can I exchange or return a printed or embroidered product?
An item cannot be returned once it has been personalized.
Would you like to have your order printed or embroidered, but want to try it on first? Then we recommend that you place an order without printing or embroidery. Then you can try on the products at your leisure. When you have fitted everything, return the products to us, follow the steps here. Is it a large order or a pass series? Please contact our customer service.
Question 7 - Can I also supply clothing myself to have it personalised?
Unfortunately not, it is only possible to print or embroider new products supplied by us.
Question 8 - What are the washing instructions for personalized products?
To keep personalized clothing beautiful, there are some washing instructions:
- Always wash your printed clothing inside out
- Do not use fabric softener
- Select the wool wash program if available
- Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees
- Do not wash too many clothes at once
- Do not use liquid detergent
- Do not dry clean clothes
- Do not tumble dry clothes
- Never wring clothes
Question 9 - I only want to print a name/text but I don't have an image of it. Is that possible?
Yes, this is possible! We can design and print a text for you. Additional costs will be charged for this depending on the time it takes and how extensive your design is. Send an email to our customer service and provide the following:
- Desired articles (article number(s), color, size and quantity)
- Text placement (see examples here)
- ** Do you have a sketch yourself? Can you always send us
- ** Any desired font, color, thin or thick
- ** As much information as possible how you want it
** Not required
Based on this information, we prepare a non-binding offer. After you agree, we will get to work for you.
