What happens after your return shipment?
- In case of credit: You will receive an email with the credit invoice.
- In case of exchange: We will contact you by email. After processing of 2-5 working days, the new item will be sent to you within 2-8 working days. Countries within Europe, with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium, have a delivery time of 2 to 12 working days. The shipping costs for the new item are free and at our expense! Please note: the return costs are at your own expense.
You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in the same condition as when received. Go to your account or register your return directly via our returns page. Click on the 'Register return' button and follow the instructions.
Make sure your return is ready for shipping. Always pack the product in extra protective packaging and do not stick the return label directly on the product packaging. You can send your return via DPD:

Please note: without a registration of the return or if it does not meet our return conditions, we cannot process it.
At 71workx you have 14 days to return a product. You can view and try on the item at home, just like in a store. Make sure you return it neatly, in the same condition as you received it.
Here are the conditions for returns:
- You have not had the item in your possession for more than 14 days.
- The product is undamaged, unused and free of animal hair.
- The original tags and packaging are still attached.
- Make sure you always pack the product in extra packaging; do not stick the return label directly on the product packaging.
- Hygiene items such as underwear cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
- Personalized products are excluded from returns.
If you do not meet these conditions, costs may be charged and/or the return may not be accepted. We recommend carefully opening the shipping box and original packaging so that you can reuse them for your return shipment.
14-day return period
You can return your items within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simply follow our return process and you will automatically exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return costs
Visit the DPD website or parcel point for the specific return costs. You can also register your return via our returns portal to see what the final costs will be.
Return policy
71workx offers a full refund for returned items, provided they are in their original condition: unworn, unused, undamaged and with all labels attached. The items must not be washed or altered. All returned items are individually checked in our warehouse.
You are responsible for the returned items until we receive them. We advise you to carefully open the original packaging for reuse in a return. Pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transport and request a proof of postage from the parcel point to track the return.
If the product is used beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. This depreciation can amount to 100%.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange your item for a different colour or size? Please return your unwanted item according to our return instructions. For the fastest and most insured option, you can place a new order; we will refund the amount of the return within 14 days of processing.

Refund and return process
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process it as soon as possible. Return costs are for the consumer. In the case of a full return, you will receive the full amount back, including shipping costs. In the case of a partial return, the full purchase price or the amount minus shipping costs can be refunded, depending on the conditions regarding free shipping. Processing takes 5 business days, and refunds will be in your account within 1-3 business days. Exchanges are also possible via our returns portal, where we cover the shipping costs. After receipt/approval of your return, you will have your exchange item back at home within 2-8 business days. Please note: If you do not meet the return conditions or have not registered your return online in our returns portal, your return will not be accepted.
Statutory right of withdrawal
Our return and cancellation policy meets the requirements of the law. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers and not to companies.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
We aim to refund all payments you have made up to the date of withdrawal, including delivery costs**, within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notification.
** In the case of a full return, you will receive the full amount back, including shipping costs. In the case of a partial return, the full purchase price or an amount minus shipping costs can be refunded, depending on the conditions for free shipping.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the refund may be delayed until we have received the returned items. Make sure you return the items within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. You are on time if you return the items before the expiry of this period.
14-day cooling-off period
The Distance Selling Act applies to online orders. During the cooling-off period, it is important to handle both the items and the packaging with care. You may inspect the products, but not use them. Only unpack the product as far as necessary to assess whether you want to keep it. If the product is used further than necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may pass on the reduction in value to you.
If your return is not reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the order, the agreement becomes binding.
In the Netherlands, shipping costs at 71workx are €7.16 incl. VAT and €5.92 excl. VAT. For other countries, you can select your country during checkout and the shipping costs will automatically be displayed in the summary. Visit the DPD website or parcel point for the specific return costs. You can also register your return via our return portal to see what the final costs are.
At 71workx we offer the best prices for each item and provide clear insight into the real costs of your order, including shipping and returns. Transparency is essential to us; that is why we charge the real costs for delivery and returns. We want to make customers more aware of their purchases and prevent unnecessary returns.
The return process includes steps such as inspection, cleaning or repair of the item and making it available for sale again. Although this process is often invisible, it involves costs and environmental impact. Our goal is to make 100% of returned items resaleable.
In the fashion industry, millions of returned items are thrown away every year, because inspection and repair are often more expensive than destruction. At 71workx we do everything we can to give returned items a second chance and find a new owner. Together we can ensure that every item, including the returned one, is worn again.
When you submit your return, you will receive a Track & Trace from DPD. Keep this tracking number safe, so that both you and our customer service can track the status of your return.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email about this.
- Credit: After processing, you will receive an email with the corresponding credit invoice for a credit. The credited amount will be refunded to the bank account you used for the original payment within 1-3 working days.
- Exchange: For exchanges, you will receive further information by email. If your return meets the conditions, you will receive the new item within 2 to 8 working days, without shipping costs; these are paid by 71workx! For countries within Europe, with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is 2 to 12 working days.
Please note that the costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
Have you registered a return, but still want to keep the products? Then you don't have to do anything. As long as we have not received the return, nothing will be returned or credited. Do you want to change something about your return? Then contact us.
If you placed an order via Bol.com, follow the return process on the Bol.com website.
If you want to return products and you received a free item as part of a promotion, you must also return this free item to us. If you do not return this free item, its value will be deducted from the amount you receive back.
Do you want to exchange? That's possible! Register your return via our online return portal and indicate that it concerns an exchange with the replacement sizes. Tip: Place a new order for a faster service. We will refund the amount of the return within 14 days after cancellation. The customer bears the costs for the exchange. You will receive the return shipping costs from us! In case of a full return, we will also refund the shipping costs.
