Thank you for your order at 71workx! There are several reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email:

  1. The email may have ended up in your spam.
  2. There may be an error in your email address. You can check this in your order overview in your account.
  3. There was a technical problem on our side.
  4. Your payment failed.

Check if the order was placed by looking at your bank statement. The order number is in the transaction description. If no amount has been debited, the payment failed and you can place the order again.

If you still have not received your order or would like an overview, please contact our customer service.

You will always receive your invoice by e-mail as an attachment to your order confirmation. You can also download it via your order overview in your account. Are any details incorrect? Please contact our customer service.

Credit card: You can pay with us by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Payment is immediate, while the credit card company only debits the amount from your account after a month. Paying by credit card is completely safe, and we perform a fraud check on every transaction, so you don't have to worry.

PayPal: You can link your bank account or credit card and pay with your PayPal account within a few clicks. The order is processed immediately after payment.

Bancontact/Mister Cash (Belgium): Belgian customers pay via the online environment of their bank with Bancontact/Mister Cash. This method is free.

KBC/CBC (Belgium): Belgian customers can pay with KBC/CBC via the online banking environment, with the option to pay amounts between 50 and 1,250 euros afterwards. This is free.

Belfius Pay Button (Belgium): Belfius account holders can pay directly via Belfius Direct Net with the Belfius Pay Button. This method is free.

Przelewy24 (Poland): Polish customers pay via Przelewy24 by being redirected to their banking environment. This method is free.
