Here you will find answers to all your questions about refunds, including when to expect your refund and what to do if your refund is incorrect.

Most frequently asked questions

We will process your refund once we have received your return. Below are the expected timelines:

  1. After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund.
  2. Once the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be credited to your bank account within 1-3 business days.

Return costs

  • Full return: you will be refunded the full amount including shipping costs.
  • Partial return with free shipping: you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned items, excluding shipping costs.
  • Partial return where the total amount no longer meets free shipping: the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please note: Refunds are only possible after registering your return in our online return portal and if it meets our return conditions. The consumer is responsible for the items until we receive them.

Didn't receive confirmation?
Didn't receive confirmation that your return package has arrived? Then check your spam mailbox or look at the track & trace information of your return package. If it shows that we have received the package, but you have not heard from us after 14 days or no refund has been made, please contact us.

Does the order amount after settlement fall below €75 excl. VAT, €90.75 incl. VAT (Netherland and Belgium) or €329.75 excl. VAT, €399 incl. VAT (rest of Europe and worldwide) as a result of which the total amount no longer meets the free shipping? Then we will settle the shipping costs with the refund of the amount. Unfortunately, it can happen that an item is no longer available, for example if another customer orders it at the same time. You will receive an email from us about this. The refund for the item will be in your account within 1 to 3 working days. Also check your spam or junk mail if you have not received anything.
