Most frequently asked questions

An account makes the ordering process a lot easier and faster. You no longer have to enter your address details for every order. You can also track the status of the order and retrieve old orders. Register here and discover it for yourself!

You can easily change your personal email address by logging into your account. Go to 'My 71workx' and click on 'Data & Preferences'. Here you will find various options, including the 'Personal data' section. Click on it and check the 'Change email address' tab. Enter your new email address and click on confirm to complete the change.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change your email address under the GDPR legislation. Are you unable to change your email address? Please contact our customer service.

You can easily change your password in two ways. Click on the link here to change your password. Or by logging in to your account. Go to 'My 71workx' and click on 'Data & Preferences'. Here you will find various options, including the section 'Personal data'. Click on it and check the tab 'Change password'. Enter your new password and click on confirm to complete the change.

We are sorry to hear that you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter! You can do this in two ways:

  1. Click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of a newsletter email.
  2. Log in to your account, go to 'My 71workx' and select 'Data & Preferences'. Here you will find various options, including the section 'Email preferences'. Click on that and deselect the box '71workx newsletter', and don't forget to click save.

Sorry to hear that you want to delete your account. Please contact our customer service, we will delete the account for you. We would also like to hear the reason why you want to delete the account.

Please make sure you are using the email address registered with 71workx. If you have forgotten your password, click on this link. Enter your email address to receive an email with a link to reset your password.

If you are still unable to log in after this, please contact our customer service and provide us with as much information as possible about the problem, such as screenshots of error messages, and what you have already tried to solve the problem yourself. They will be happy to help you further.

Once you have placed an order, you can find it in 'My 71workx' under the heading 'Orders'. If you do not see the order here (yet), one of the following situations may apply:

  1. Order is still being processed: Have you just placed the order? Then it may take a few minutes before it is visible.
  2. Order confirmation, but no order visible: If you have received an order confirmation by e-mail, but the order is not in your account, please contact our customer service.
  3. No order visible and no order confirmation received: If the order is not visible and you have not received an order confirmation, check whether the purchase amount has been debited from your account. Is this not the case? Then place the order again.
  4. Order is there, but no order confirmation: Check your spam/junk mail folder. Or check that the e-mail address you entered is correct, you can see this in your account under details.
