Question 1 - What are the benefits of an account?
An account makes the ordering process a lot easier and faster. You no longer have to enter your address details with every order. You can also track the status of the order and retrieve old orders. Sign up here and find out for yourself!
Question 2 - How can I change my email address?
You can easily change your personal email address by logging into your account. Go to 'My Account' and click on 'Account details'. Here you will see various options, including changing your email address. Here you can enter the new e-mail address and then click on confirm.
Unfortunately, due to the AVG legislation, it is not possible for us to make a change to your email address. Can't change your email address? Please contact our customer service.
Question 3 - How can I change my password?
You can easily change your password in two ways. Click here on the link to change your password. Or by logging into your account. Go to 'My Account' and click on 'Account details'. Here you will see various options, including changing your password. Here you can enter the new password and then click on confirm.
Unfortunately, under the GDPR legislation, it is not possible for us to make a change to your password. Can't change your password? Please contact our customer service.
Question 4 - How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
We're sorry you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter! You can unsubscribe from our newsletter in two ways. At the bottom of a newsletter email you can click on the unsubscribe button. Log in to your account. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter under the heading 'My account'. Are you experiencing problems with unsubscribing from our newsletter? Question 5 - How can I delete my account?
Sorry to hear you want to delete your account. Please contact our customer service, we will delete the account for you. We would also like to hear the reason why you want to delete the account.
Question 6 - I'm having trouble logging in to my account/I've forgotten my password
Please make sure you use the email address registered with 71workx. If you have forgotten your password, click on this link. Enter your email address to receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you still can't log in after this, please contact our customer service and provide us with as much information as possible about the problem such as screenshots of error messages, and what you have already tried so far to solve the problem. They are happy to help you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible under the AVG legislation to change the password for you.
