You will always receive your invoice by e-mail as an attachment to your order confirmation. You can also download it via your order overview in your account. Are any details incorrect? Please contact our customer service.

At 71workx we offer the best prices for each item and provide clear insight into the real costs of your order, including shipping and returns. Transparency is essential to us; that is why we charge the real costs for delivery and returns. We want to make customers more aware of their purchases and prevent unnecessary returns.

The return process includes steps such as inspection, cleaning or repair of the item and making it available for sale again. Although this process is often invisible, it involves costs and environmental impact. Our goal is to make 100% of returned items resaleable.

In the fashion industry, millions of returned items are thrown away every year, because inspection and repair are often more expensive than destruction. At 71workx we do everything we can to give returned items a second chance and find a new owner. Together we can ensure that every item, including the returned one, is worn again.

Orders placed on working days between 08:30 and 16:30 are processed immediately. Orders outside these times are processed the next working day, and weekend orders are processed on Monday. For faster delivery, we recommend ordering before 12:00 on Monday or Tuesday.

After processing, you will receive a status update by e-mail, as well as a track & trace link as soon as your order leaves our store. Please note that the track & trace link is only active on the day of delivery. The delivery time is 2-8 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium (2-12 working days in other countries within Europe), depending on the brand and the day of order. You will only receive the track & trace link when the package has been shipped, which can also be later during our delivery time of 2-8 working days.

What happens after your return shipment?

  • In case of credit: You will receive an email with the credit invoice.
  • In case of exchange: We will contact you by email. After processing of 2-5 working days, the new item will be sent to you within 2-8 working days. Countries within Europe, with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium, have a delivery time of 2 to 12 working days. The shipping costs for the new item are free and at our expense! Please note: the return costs are at your own expense.
