Do you work in an environment where flame retardancy, antistatic properties and visibility are important? The Blåkläder 1487 combines inherently flame-retardant material with stretch panels for greater freedom of movement. The work trousers feature reinforced knee pockets, spacious tool pockets and a water- and dirt-repellent surface. The flame-retardant reflective tape is attached with double seams. Thanks to the various certifications and suitability for industrial washing at 60°C, these trousers are suitable for work where specific protective properties are required.

• Inherently flame-retardant material: The flame-retardant properties are inherent to the material and form a permanent part of the fabric.
• Antistatic: The material contains 1% antistatic fibre for the stated antistatic properties.
• Water- and dirt-repellent surface: The surface repels water and dirt and helps keep the trousers practically usable during work.
• Stretch panels: Stretch material in the crotch and back provides greater freedom of movement when walking, bending and performing other movements.
• CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal® reinforcement: The knees are reinforced with CORDURA®, Kevlar® and Protal® for additional reinforcement in this work zone.
• Knee protector pockets: The knee protector pockets are positioned on the outside and provide space for compatible knee protectors.
• Metal-free: The trousers are made without metal, making them suitable for work where a metal-free construction is preferred.
• PFAS-free: The trousers are made without PFAS.
• Extendable hem: The hem can be extended for additional length; this does not apply to D sizes.
• Reflective tape: Flame-retardant reflective tape is attached with double seams.
• Storage options: The trousers have a back pocket, hand pockets, a leg pocket with pleat, flap and phone pocket, reinforced three-part tool pockets at the front, a reinforced ruler pocket with two possible knife placements and a pen pocket, a D-ring and a removable ID card holder for flame-retardant clothing.
• Closure: The fly is fitted with a plastic zipper.

Material

46% flame-retardant polyester, 29% modacrylic, 24% cotton and 1% antistatic fibre. The material is flame-retardant and antistatic and has a weight of 315 g/m².

CORDURA® is an extremely abrasion-resistant fiber specially developed for demanding professional use. It is ideal for areas such as knees and lower legs where high levels of friction occur. The material is durable, water-repellent and helps extend the lifespan of workwear. CORDURA® is a trademark of INVISTA Inc.
