The membrane is Storm Defender® which is a waterproof breathable laminated membrane. The Carhartt work boot features a removable 85% recycled ergonomic foam footbed with breathable activated carbon insole layer for absorption and anti-odour, combined with an ultra-light 100% recycled PU ABS shock absorber insert to minimizes fatigue.
