An insulated women's work jacket that is ideal for everyday use. The jacket comes with a fleece lined collar and 37.5® technology that provides warmth and comfort. Wind-protective collar and elasticated cuffs with thumbholes provide extra warmth and protection, while pre-bent sleeves, stretch panels on the back and an adjustable bottom hem provide flexibility and ease of movement. In addition, the design features reflective accents for increased visibility and safety when working in high-risk environments.

37.5®:
In fabrics with 37.5 technology, patented active particles permanently integrated into the fiber retain and dissipate moisture. These active particles not only make the fiber surface 800% larger, they also ensure the removal of moisture from the body. By actively responding to body heat, these particles use this energy from the body to accelerate the movement of moisture and promote the conversion of water to water vapor, resulting in faster drying time.
